Refund & Return Policy
Do I quality for a return or exchange?
To qualify for a return or an exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Clothing that is soiled - such as covered in pet/human hair, cologne, etc, will not be accepted.
How do I make a return or exchange?
To start the return or exchange process, please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your full name and order number.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please tell us the item, size, color, and reason for return.
If exchanging, please tell us the item number, size, color that you are wanting to exchange and then provide us with the item, size, color of the item you wish to exchange it with.
We will then contact you to finalize the return or exchange.
All items will be thoroughly inspected upon being returned to us before a return/exchange is granted. Our goal is to have your return or exchange processed within 5 working days - please keep in mind that sometimes your debit/credit card account, or PayPal account, can take up to 5 working days to process a refund.
How does shipping work for returns or exchanges?
Please note that the cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For that reason, we highly recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods that you are sending back. We will cover the new shipping charges for any returns that are being exchanged.
We will only refund shipping if you receive a faulty item. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with your order number, description of the fault and photos to support it. We will not replace items that appear to have been tampered with.
With all that being said, refunds are handled on a case by case basis and we will do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
